Cat's Hostel bedroom

"My" room in the Cat's Hostel, Madrid. 16 Euros a night, can't beat that, it's the cheapest place in town! and since I shared a room with 13 other "budget concious" people, it was really cozy too.

I took a top bunk and settled in for 2 days. It was fine for me, although you could say it wasn't Hilary's favorite place to stay. She was counting the hours until she could meet her tour group in a hotel. The girl has spunk and determination, though I have to give it to her. Not many people could "live" like I do!

I think that you enjoy the sleeping arrangments because when we had bunk beds when we were younger, you never got the top bunk, since that was reserved for the oldest :) Glad you finally get to enjoy it even though it is with lots of other people in the same room :)

hmmm...I wondered where the strong desire to pick the top bunk came from!
I did sustain the urge to jump from one bed to the other, though...

Vic, you remember everything. I have to really strain to even remember the bunkbeds. Maybe I fell off the top bunk and landed on my head?

probably a good idea to restrain from doing that Mindy, you know how people just wouldn't understand that you were trying to relive you childhood!

I do not believe you didn't remember the bunk beds they were yellow and orange. I made the bed spreads for them the whole entire room was yellow and orange hahaha

I am going anonymous since I also have no idea what my password is. I can't believe Pam doesn't remember the bunk beds they were painted Yellow with orange. I made bedspreads to match yellow and orange with yellow walls and the dresser was yellow and orange. hahaha I am sorry you were deprived of a top bunk when you were younger Mindy.

I remember Mom, it's Pam that doesn't remember since she was dropped on her head numerous times.
